Nicholas Postgate Parish Outing

Sunday 12th July at Ugthorpe Mass at 3pm followed by a visit to Whitby for a wander around the old town with fish and chips for those who would like to do that. The mass will be an open air mass with Bishop Marcus as the chief celebrant. A special Parish outing to honour our local saint.

There will be a coach going – children go free

Blessed Nicholas Postgate was a priest, who was martyred here in our parish August 1679. He was 81 years old. He used to live on the Yorkshire Moors near Ugthorpe.
